I am a big fan of Donald Duck, so when I moved into my apartment for school, I decided to paint the toilet seat cover. Take a look:

Assignment: Use the "Chuck Close Method" to create a self-portrait drawing/painting that combines representational and abstract elements. We were to develop a system of color, design, and mark making that reinterprets the self-portrait image through abstraction as well as continue to explore color interaction and the principles of organization.
